Welcome to Lymexa. By accessing or buying from this website, you agree to these terms.

The store. Lymexa sells pickleball and recovery gear online. Products are made and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues); if we cancel a paid order we'll refund you in full. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where shown; they may change without notice.

Products. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and slight variation in handmade/print-on-demand items is normal and not a defect.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify's payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping & risk. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Lymexa name — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymexa isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Lymexa operates. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
