Refund & Return Policy

At Lymexa we want you to be happy with your gear. Here's how returns work.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@lymexa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping — at no cost to you.

EU right of withdrawal. If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Email us to start; return the item unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund you. Return shipping for change-of-mind cancellations is the customer's responsibility.

30-day returns. Beyond the EU withdrawal window, we accept returns of unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition & hygiene. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept mats that show signs of use, unless the item arrived faulty.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
