Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

Our products are made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@lymexa.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
